This a bottle of the prop "death blood" of Adam (Leigh Whannell) in Saw 3. Amanda uses a plastic bag to suffocate Adam, while he is chained in the Saw 3 bathroom. She slams his head into the nearby toilet, this causing his face to bleed inside the plastic bag. This bottle has been individually numbered, #17 out of 386.
