Star Trek the Experience: Borg Invasion, Borg full head makeup appliance

Believed to be and most likely from Star Trek The Experience this is a full head makeup appliance.  Foam latex with adhered fabric around the neck and velcro closure strip down the back seam.

The implant sections are all stuck on, fabric mesh across the eye and reflective beads which act like lights. This was just over a polystyrene head when I got it stuck around the eye and mouth with features drawn in.

I built out the chin and eye area to take black velvet and built a custom base. Cracked neck areas were mostly filled, repainted to match and everything was sealed for preservation.
