Survivor Guatemala, Blake's "Nakum" Answer Book

This 'Nakum' answer book was used by Blake in the reward challenge in episode 4 ("To Betray, or Not to Betray?") of Survivor: Guatemala. In the challenge, contestants were each handed an answer book, and had to respond to a series of questions, such as "Which tribe member is most in need of some nourishment?" and "Which tribe member is the smelliest?". Contestants wrote their answers on the parchment in the book and the person whose name appeared the most for each tribe ('Nakum' and 'Yaxha') was then rewarded with a gift/comfort item.
