This is a hollow Bio Monitor 'buckle' from the production of Star Trek: The Motion Picture. This is one of the small/female versions. Though this one is currently hollow it has a likelihood of having been used on screen - specifically in the Recreation Deck scene with so many extras.
This itgem was wanted by another so I sold it.
