Starsky and Hutch, Beaded Ceramic Necklace

This item is from the hit drama “Starsky and Hutch” that started on television in 1975 and ended after four seasons in 1979. Detective David Starsky was played by Paul Michael Glaser and Detective Kenneth Hutchinson was played by David Soul on the show. This item is a beaded ceramic necklace that one of the extras used on the show during the filming process. It is not known if this was a featured extra or a background extra. The necklace is in very good condition considering its age, but there is a little bit of rust on the metal.
Starsky and Hutch were the tough plain clothed detectives that wanted to write all the wrongs and catch all of the bad guys while staying the best of friends. They went undercover a lot during the span of the show and had many near fatal experiences. Their car was the most memorable because they rode around in a red and white stripped Ford Torino. Both of them were bachelors' whose private lives played an interweaving thread in the drama. This item was originally purchased through an Ebay auction on May 16, 2001 and the COA is through “Costume Collection” and "The Movie Props Association.” This item also comes with a wardrobe tag!
