This screen seen item comes from the DHD that was blasted in the Atlantis episode "Phantoms" (season 3, episode 9).
The segment is made of foam and painted in DHD colors, while the glyph is cast from resin and was painted in a distressed look.
The glyph was hard secured into the foam with glue and bolts.
