“Assault Phaser V” Made from a ¾ scale toy shell but still a great laser Phaser prop. Quality custom metal and acrylic “Display Stand” inspired by Spock’s favorite game, Tri-Dimensional-Chess. Not a plastic or knock-down stand, entirely handcrafted from 1” thick solid- acrylic & solid-brass rods with satin-grained finish on the clear coated metal.

Custom Aluminum nozzle and secondary heat-sink measures 3-⅜” long x ¾” diameter (nominal) turned from 6065-T6 aluminum billet,

Optics system by DTR is a G2 aspheric coated lens for 30% more power output (3.0 watt x 1.30 G2 Lens Enhanced = 4.0 watt approximate total power),

Battery Magazine butt is “Custom 3D Engraved”, red two-ply phenolic plastic, with white core.

Uxcell voltage conversion and distribution system for Laser and Sound FX system,

8 volts of Lion power; 2 x 3.70 Volt 1.8A chargeable cells, wired in series, AA size equal, provide up to 6.0 amp output.

Traditional Black-Oxide “Zylonite Black” steel wool brushed finish on entire Phaser & Magazine with dusty-look weathering like the screen used props.

Heavy ¾ lbs. Nominal (11-1/2 ounces +), ballasted with 5/16” and 5/32” copper alloy rods and the big heatsink @ 3-⅜” x ¾” round. Weights more than a Rodd TOS resin P2.

The cool Drop-Out magazine holds the batteries.

Dimensions of Phaser (approximately); 8” wide x 6 ½” tall x 2-3/4” deep or , 20cm x 17cm x 7cm. Weight is a hefty ¾ lbs. (11 ounces +) nominal . For comparison, a Roddenberry Resin P2 TOS hero, trimmed in all metal, weighs in about 10 ounces nominal.
