When a pallet jams the heavy electric door of an irradiation chamber, Max Da Costa's foreman at the Armadyne robotics facility orders him to enter the chamber and clear the obstruction, or be fired on the spot.

 

Removable plastic ID badge in clear plastic and metal holder.  Reverse of the card bears an image of the actor who plays the foreman, stuntman Mike Mitchell.
