The Ancients were the first known crystal technology users. Control crystals were used in varying arrangements to modify and direct the function of their powerful computers and other instruments, frequently seen backlit onscreen. In the Pegasus galaxy, these took the form of flat, clear, geometric units.
Acrylic crystals with etched simulated circuitry, and decals with additional circuits and Ancient writing.
