Originally auctioned as the “Alien Salesman” from the Star Trek: Enterprise episode “Rajiin”, it was actually one of the alien representatives in the “Demons/Terra Prime” episodes. One of the many unknown alien species designed for Star Trek. Thanks to Memory Alpha for the leads on identifying it.
