Aliens, Alien Egg Miniature

It is believed that eggs such as this were made for the miniature queen nest. This Prop egg was created by H.R Giger and Michael Seymour.

 

The egg used in James Cameron's Aliens varied in sizes from minature to full sized 3ft versions. This prop was use in the scene where Ripley discovers the Alien Queen and destroys the nest using a flame thrower.

 

The egg was positioned as a background egg for forced perspective. This gave the appearance of many more eggs in thay awesome scene when Ripley enters the queen's hive!

 

It comes with LOA.
