This Cowl/Neck Prosthetic that is on the Dante Test head is a screen used cowl used by Jonathan Breck. It was later used for this make-up reference test head.
This piece was used as a test head for what Dante Belasco (Al Santos) head would look like after being beheaded and ingested by the Creeper, which he later regenerates a new head for himself.
