This is the exact same belt buckle that FBI agent Seeley Booth wears throughout most episodes of the TV series "Bones".
Booth's Cocky belt buckle plays a prominent part in several episodes - his therapist (played by Stephen Fry) says that it is Booths way of rebelling against the conformity of the FBI dress code; he uses it to escape from the hold of a ship about to be blown up; and Brennan removes it from him to collect body fragments from a Santa who blew himself up that are stuck to it.
