This is a great fullsize adult Alien costume, incl. a fullbody suit with muscle prohestetics and oversized arms and claws as well as a static lifesize head with acrylic teeth and eyes.
Seen in the beginning of the movie and near the final battle when the adults enter the cabin in the woods..LOL
