“Here at Gen-Sys we call it the cure for Alzheimer’s.” A substance designed to help the brain repair itself gives advanced intelligence to a chimpanzee who leads an ape uprising. From the 2011 film Rise of the Planet of the Apes, this is a hero canister of the ALZ-113 “cure”. Seen many times in the film, the ALZ-113 virus gave apes an even greater sense of intelligence, and due to this fact Caesar releases the gas and allows it to enhance the cognitive abilities of the other apes. During the scene when Dodge attempts to get Caesar back into his cage he speaks for the first time, shouting "No!"
