This started as a simple all cast-resin kit. It was a quick and easy build (1 day) - I only had to add a connector to the circular back panel so it could be removed for access to the 'battery compartment" inside the main body. A small hole also had to be drilled to run wires from the trigger switch in the grip to the battery pack in the main body. A simple blinking blue LED (10mm) provides the lighting effect. The 'silver' detailing was hand-painted using Floquil 'gunmetal' - a silver with blue undertones.
