In the altered 1985A timeline, Biff keeps the Grays Sports Almanac in his office safe. It has a very old and weathered appearance.
Biff shows the Almanac to Marty and tells him the story of how he obtained the book on November 12, 1955.
After escaping from Biff, Marty and Doc return once again to 1955 so they can destroy the almanac and repair the timeline.
