This is a 1960s style 'Morley' prop cigarette pack, as seen in 'Nightmare at 20,000 Feet' with William Shatner. They are also seen in other episodes starring Jack Klugman and Telly Savalas. They were also used in other productions such as the movie Psycho and various episodes of Mission: Impossible. The 3rd photo is a screenshot from Mission: Impossible. This pack was made by the same prop house that did the originals for the show in the 60s, using the original graphics.
