This is the original sketch book used by Drake Bell as Rick Riker in the 2008 spook comedy Superhero Movie.
This can be seen clearly when Rick is coming up with ideas while he is trying to design his superhero costume.
The book features all the images seen in the final cut of the movie (as well as multiple others that do not feature in the movie). Each are hand drawn and perfectly screen-match.
