Won this off a ebay auction late last year.Box was used in the last episode of Scream Queens and was Nurse Hoffel's(Kirstie Alley).Box came with files,taxidermy exhibit jars,pill jars,files,and fur head,which are all screen used.Came with a coa from Fox.
