This is an odd prop from a very strange movie - National Lampoon's 1998 'Men In White'. The film is a mash-up spoof that references 'Men In Black', 'Star Wars', 'Star Trek', 'Dr. Strangelove', 'Independence Day', and likely many others. It is virtually impossible to find a copy for sale - and for good reason. A YouTube copy can be found (sub-titled in Portugese) but that is about it. Some screen-caps have been included for reference.
