This is "Jeff's" (Angus Macfadyen) HERO Bloody Pants wore in the Sick Room at the end of Saw IV. The pants are very bloody and the white pieces seen on the knees are part of the set flooring that stuck to the blood when "Jeff" fell on his knees.
