Picked this up some years ago.
It is a Star Trek: Voyager, Season 3, Script-revision pages set (green, dated 1/29/97) from Star Trek: Voyager episode 'Distant Origin', #40840-165.
Blue is the first revision copy. Each color stands for a specific revision and a full set of the colored sheets would be distributed to those who had a copy of the Final Draft of the Script - the recipients would then manually replace the relevant pages with the colored pages.
