This is the ultimate in \\\"Sahara\\\" props and costumes. Dirk Pitt\\\'s (Matthew McConaughey) screenused Hero CSA $20 Gold Coin. This is the coin that Dirk searched around the globe to find. Don\\\'t confuss this coin with the more commonly available gold treasure coins from the film. They made hundreds of the other style but only a few of these Hero coins. The face of the coin shown with the original COA has the initials C.S.A. (Confederate States of America) along with the demonination of $20 . There are interlocking rings around the edge of the coin that have the initials of the Confereate States. On the reverese of the coin is a seated figure with the words \\\"Confederate States of America\\\" along with the date 1864. This is the must have for all \\\"Sahara\\\" film fans.
