Legends of the Fall, Tristan's knife

This is Tristan's (Brad Pitts) stunt knife from the 1994 drama Legends of the Fall. As an old man, Tristan enters a clearing to investigate an animal carcass and is set upon by a grizzly bear. Tristan draws his knife and fights it. This knife was used during those scenes for the actor and animal's safety when a hero metal version wasn't needed.

The knife is made completely out of rubber and has been painted and detailed to appear as though it has a metal blade and antler handle with leather and twine accents. Due to production use and age this item displays wear but overall remains in fair. Measures approximately 15" x 2" (38cm x 5cm.)
