This original "Misquamacus head" was obtained directly from "Forrest J. Ackerman" himself during his very sale.
This "Misquamacus head" used during the filming of the 1978 cult classic horror film "THE MANITOU" directed by "William Girdler".
It was made by famed Hollywood SPFX makeup artist and Oscar nominee "Tom Burman" who now does makeup and prosthetics work on Nip/Tuck and Grey's Anatomy.
It was apparently used in the seance scene where "Misquamacus head" rise up from within the top of a shiny black table in what appears to be oil.
